Thesis Title :"Experimental Studies on Shock Boundary Layer Interactions at Mach 5 using Micro-Ramps",
Supervisor: Professor Konstantinos Kontis
Experienced using different state-of-the-art experimental flow diagnostics tools such as Particle Image Velocimetry, Pressure Sensitive Paints (PSP), Infrared Thermography. Main focus was to study the potential of Micro Vortex Generator (MVG) in controlling Shock Boundary Layer Interaction (SBLI) phenomenon using the Hypersonic Wind Tunnel (Mach 5) at the School of Mechanical Aerospace & Civil Engineering.
Modules: Finite Element Analysis, Materials, Composites, Numerical Stress Analysis, Physical Gas Dynamics, Aerodynamics, Impact & Explosion Engineering, Viscous Fluid Mechanics, Aero-acoustics, Aircraft Systems, Vibrations, Aerospace Propulsion, Flight Dynamics, Aircraft Design, Hypersonic Flows. Operations Management, Project Planning & Control, Project Cost Estimating etc.
